Join us on a tour of Canavan Hall and see everything it has to offer.
Let’s get started.
Canavan Hall, housing approximately 260 students, is a suite-style residence facility with kitchenettes, lounges and laundry all on site.
With options of double or triple rooms, this five story residence hall is used primarily for our first year and new students.
Upon entering the lobby, you can take the doors on the sides for our first floor suites, or use the stairs and elevator to access floors two through five.
From there, you’ll have access to the suites you and your new friends will be living in.
The suites in Canavan Hall have two rooms that are connected in the middle by a bathroom.
In Canavan, there is no need to share a communal bathroom, as they are specific to each suite.
This is one of the aspects that makes Canavan Hall unique.

In addition, each floor features a lounge area with updated furnishings.
It’s the perfect place to hang out, complete your homework, or study for an exam with friends.
You’ll also find a kitchenette in each lounge area, which is open to all students staying in Canavan.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, so you’ll always have access to MyDaemen for important information,
Blackboard for your coursework and your favorite streaming service for personal time.
Canavan Hall also has laundry located on each floor.
It’s free to resident students in Canavan and is available 24 hours a day.
